    ECONOMICAL MANUAL TUBE PULLER PROVIDES EASY METHOD FOR FASTER TUBE REMOVAL.

  • EASY TO USE: Manual insertion of spear into tube requires a Hand Wrench, Removing the Tube also requires a Hand Wrench.
  • NO EXTERNAL POWER: Manual operation eliminates the need for air or Electricity making the Tube Puller ideal for service application.
  • DURABALITY: The two major components are machined from High quality steel that heat treated for extra long service life.


  • The ring-and-pin type plug, is designed to seal off leaking or damaged tubes in heat-exchangers and condensers. It ensures a uniform joint without damaging the tube-sheet.
  • Place the ring in the tube then force the pin into the ring with a few sharp blows from a hammer until a tight seal is made between the ring and the tube bore.
  • These plugs can be supplied in brass, steel or stainless steel for tubes in the range 1/2" (12.7 mms) to 1¼" in (31.75 mms) O.D.
  • The solid type tube plug is used to seal off a leaking or damaged boiler tube. Because it is made in one piece it is more robust and will withstand the substantial pressure of the boiler.
  • As with the ring-and-pin, a few sharp hammer blows will effectively seal off the tube.
  • These plugs are supplied in steel for tubes in the range 1¼" (31.75 mms) to 3" (76.2 mms) 0.D.

    TUBE WALL REDUCING TOOLS


    The first stage in removal of a Tube is the reduction of the rolled portion of the Tube in the Tube Sheet. This tool enables the operation to be performed, the pilot maintaining the alignment in the Tube Bore. The Tube can be removed with the knock out tools.

    TUBE DRIFTS (KNOCK OUT TOOLS)


    These tools are designed to use with either Hammer or pneumatic Hammer. The pilot diameter is accurately machined to locate in the Tube ID whilst the main body of the Tools forces the Tube away from Tube Plate.

    TUBE COLLAPSING TOOL


    These Tools are used as collapsing Tubes in the Tube Sheet and are used with either manual Hammer or pneumatic Hammer.
