THESE EXPANDERS ARE DESIGNED WITH 4/5 ROLLERS AND ARE PROVIDED WITH THRUST BEARING TO PREVENT DISTORTION OF TUBE ENDS AND FOR SMOOTH EXPANSION OF THIN GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL TUBES AND BENDS.
EXPANDERS AVAILABLE FOR 14, 16 AND 18 G THK TUBES.
THE SLIP ON FITTINGS ARE FITTED ON S.S. PIPES, BENDS AND TEES BY HOLDING THESE IN SPLIT DIE OR CLAMP BLOCK WITH COUNTER BORE FOR FITTINGS. THIS CLAMP BLOCK ASSEMBLY IS USED TO RESIST THE PRESSURE CREATED BY THE EXPANDING ACTION OF THE TOOL. THESE CLAMP BLOCKS ARE AVAILABLE IN I.D.E., S.M.S. AND D.I.N. STANDARD.

HEATEX FULLY AUTOMATIC SOLID STATE ELECTRONIC TORQUE CONTROLLED TUBE EXPANDING CONTROLLER IS ELECTRICAL AND IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT UNDER EQUAL CONDITIONS THE SAME AMOUNT OF TORQUE TRANSMITTED TO AN EXPANDER GIVES THE SAME AMOUNT OF EXPANSION IN TUBES OF IDENTICAL SIZES, GAUGE AND MATERIAL.
THE CONTROL UNIT CONSISTS OF AN ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT, WHICH ACCURATELY MEASURES THE AMOUNT OF CURRENT TO THE DRIVE UNIT, PROVIDES PRECISE REGULATION OF THE DRIVE UNIT.
THE DRIVE UNIT IS A UNIVERSAL ELECTRIC DRILL TYPE MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS REVERSIBLE. THE CONTROL UNIT ACCURATELY MEASURES THE CURRENT VALUE, THUS LIMITING THE TORQUE AT THE MANDREL OF THE TUBE EXPANDER.
